Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to return the product to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (“Eligible Item”).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Where you are eligible for a refund or exchange, we will be responsible for the costs of the return or exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be refunded the price you paid for the product on your original payment method. Where you are returning or requesting an exchange of an item that is damaged or defective, or is the wrong item, we will also refund the reasonable cost of the processing the return providing that you submit documentary evidence of the same. Your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we approve the refund.
If the return is not approved, we will notify you of the reason(s) that the item is not eligible for return within 14 days from the date we receive the item.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund and we are not responsible for any such delay.

- Complete the returns & exchanges label inside the original packaging (“R&E Label”);
- Ensure that the Eligible Item and completed R&E Label are secured for postage; and
- Return the Eligible Item and completed R&E Label by affixing the address label and sending it back to us.
